Heru Nekhet epitomizes the term “rags to riches.” Starting out in one of the poorest neighborhoods in Brooklyn, he used the same techniques he reveals in his training and coaching programs to climb out of poverty and create enough wealth to retire at the young age of thirty six. From the ages of 22 to 34, struggling like so many others in the middle class rut while trying to reach the American dream, he amassed a $45,000 debt – not including his mortgage. However, at age 34, once making a commitment to becoming financially free, he used uncommon sense, and a strong desire to succeed, to eliminate that debt, and within two years quit his job vowing never to work for someone else again. He has since accumulated millions of dollars worth of real estate, owns six successful businesses, and has created a system that others can use to rise up the ladder of success just like he did.
Nekhet believes in the importance of sharing his system with others that choose to be financially free so he created Insiders Group, Inc. to share his “Insider Secrets to Financial Freedom™.”
He has used the skills he learned while earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television and Radio Production from Brooklyn College and a Master of Science in Education degree from Long Island University, as well as his 15 years of teaching experience with the NYC Department of Education to create fun, exciting, hands-on, interactive training programs for people that want to learn quickly and easily how to be financially free through real estate investing, investing in securities and creating profitable small businesses.

Regina Sanders has over 21+ years experience in organizational behavior, project management, technical writing, training and staff development. She is an expert in administering and developing strategic plans for business proposals, technical workflow designs, management of training delivery for technical and soft skills training, and curricula designs, in various industries and government municipalities.
Prior to launching A to Z Proposals Plus, Inc., Ms. Sanders was the Executive Director for the Office of Technology Based Training with the City of New York Human Resources Administration (NYC HRA). She managed all technical training delivery initiatives, policies/procedures, standards, curricula designs, technical training staff, consultants, and LAN/WAN administrators for Family Independence Administration, while managing the HRA Central Training Facility. Ms. Sanders wrote business proposals to integrate technology in all Food Stamp sites throughout New York City. She also played an active role in the design and staff development process for welfare reform, and the implementation of system application development for Citywide HRA Job Centers.
Ms. Sanders has a Master of Science in Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science. She has been consistently recognized for her contributions and achievements by NYC Human Resources Administration throughout her career, and diverse inner city community leadership projects. Most recently, Ms. Sanders was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award by NYS Empire State Development Corporation (2007) and appointed VP of Public Relations and Media for the National Association of Women Business Owners – Local NYC Chapter (2008). |

Owen Grier has been working as an accountant since 1992. I started out as a staff accountant with a self-storage company in Chelsea, New York City. Shortly after, I became a Certified Public Accountant and quickly engaged in the practice of public accounting with a CPA firm in Port Chester, NY. Later, I moved on to the banking system, working as a Tax Compliance Officer with various banks around the world, namely HSBC-UK, HSBC-Canada, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and more.
My experience continued as a Consulting Accountant for various governmental, not-for-profit, corporate entities. The use of my multifaceted expertise has helped various clients to move ahead of the competition by setting and/or strengthening their internal controls, becoming efficiently operational, and thus increasing the bottom line of their financial statements.
